I spent almost 20 years leading inside fast-moving B2B organisations, including serving as CMO in politically complex, high-pressure environments. I understand the realities of corporate life firsthand: shifting power structures, competing priorities, unclear ownership, difficult stakeholders, cultural misalignment, and the constant expectation to deliver.

I also understand what those environments can activate in capable people.

Why this work matters to me​

My approach has been shaped not only by executive experience, but by years of personal and professional development. I have had to recognise my own patterns, question deeply practised assumptions, and learn how to remain clearer and more intentional under pressure. That work is ongoing.​

It led me to develop The Five Pressure Loops™: a practical framework for understanding the recurring patterns that can emerge under pressure and quietly limit leadership effectiveness, relationships, decision-making, and career progression.

I became the kind of coach I wish I had earlier in my career: someone who understood both the external realities of organisational life and the internal patterns that can make those realities harder to navigate.

I believe capable leaders rarely need to become more capable. They need the insight, perspective, and practical tools to recognise what pressure activates, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and choice.
